You’ll work in our Business Operations vertical, assisting us in overseeing day-to-day organisational and administrative tasks, ensuring that all procedures are observed / performed and deadlines are met.
The Workforce Services team is in charge of short-term planning, management, internal forecasting, and forecast accuracy monitoring. The team keeps track of progress in the areas of recruiting, operations, and change management, and any anomalies are reported/highlighted. This team also keeps track of scheduling efficiencies and makes recommendations for adjustments to schedules, working hours, and so on in order to get the most out of agents and seats.
The Workforce Management team is responsible for optimising an organization’s efficiency and competency. Land service management, human resource management, performance and training management, data collection, hiring, budgeting, planning, scheduling, and analytics are all part of maintaining a productive workforce

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshmen and seasoned undergraduate/graduate and postgraduate students are eligible to apply.
Immediate joiners under the age of 30 are welcome to apply.
Candidates who haven’t attended an interview in the last 30 days are ineligible to attend.

We’re looking for freshmen with every kind of degree.
Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Telugu.
For all three changes, you should be adaptable.
Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute is needed.

Mandatory Skills:

Assisting the client’s IT team with incorporation according to their needs. Doing gap analysis and mapping of integration criteria to current product APIs/File-Based solutions.
Understanding customer ERP systems from an integration standpoint. Collecting integration criteria for Zycus application/s with the customer (like Sourcing, Contract management, Supplier management, Procurement, P2P etc)
Provide a deep technical understanding of our product, as well as the opportunity to explain and illustrate the Zycus Solution and how it can be tailored to meet a customer’s integration requirements.
Perform integration creation using Snaplogic middleware. Assist with Zycus Procurement Performance Applications as an Integration Analyst.
Criteria for Eligibility:
Bangalore is a city in India.
Work hours are 2-11 p.m. or 3.30 p.m. to 12.30 p.m. ( this will have allowance)
0-1 years of experience
BE/MCA candidates are eligible. The academic year 2021/2022 has ended.

In this position, you’ll be expected to solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.

Help for the entire application lifecycle is available (concept, design, test, release and support)
Write powerful code to create fully functioning mobile apps.
Compile a list of basic specifications and provide solutions.

Improve the user experience by designing interfaces.
To design new features, communicate with the product development team.
Investigate and make recommendations for new mobile products, software, and protocols.
