Selection Procedure :
Selection process consists of the following:
1. Written Examination
2. Interview
Selection procedure will involve initial screening test/Written Examination followed by interview. BHEL is based on the assessment by the appropriate Standing Selection Committee. Candidate must be medically fit, motivated and dynamic and willing to join immediately after selection. For consideration, eligible candidates shall be invited for Personal Interview in the ratio upto 1:10 to the number of vacancies. In case of receipt of more no. of eligible applications beyond the prescribed ratio of 1:10, shortlisting for interview shall be done in the order of merit in the ratio of 1:10 on the basis of Marks / CGPA obtained in the relevant qualification of Degree/Diploma in Civil, as the case may be.
Mode of Recruitment :
Candidates who meet all of the eligibility requirements as recommended by the Screening Committee will be invited to participate in an open competitive written exam and other tests. The results of the competitive written Join BHEL Jobs 2021.
Candidates will be contacted for a “Written Test” based on the information they have submitted online. At the time of the Test, the shortlisted candidates’ documents will be thoroughly scrutinized.
