Job Description & Roles and Responsibilities :

A SPS associate is required to solve long-term system problems, strengthen processes, create internal documents, and work as part of a team.
For all scheduled hours, Virtual Contact Center (VCC) associates are required to operate from a home location licensed by Amazon. It is the associates’ duty to ensure continuous internet access and a work-like atmosphere at home so that they can perform their best in terms of efficiency and quality.

Eligibility Criteria:

Computer Science or related B.Tech/MCA(Bachelor Degree in any discipline)
2+ years of specialist product or SDK testing/automation experience
Designing, introducing, and conducting test cases, as well as reporting quality metrics
To find, study, and fix issues, you’ll need strong problem-solving skills.
Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle.
Ability to code in a variety of programming languages, including Java and scripting languages
Working knowledge of automation frameworks such as Junit, Nunit, and Selenium.
Basic computer science fundamentals such as Data Structures and Algorithms are needed.
Creating and maintaining unit tests, as well as continuous integration, is a plus.

Weekly Off: Rotational two-day off in a row (it’s a five-day work week of two days off in a row).
