Job Description & Roles and Responsibilities :

Monitoring call/data quality is your responsibility.
Use a prescribed feedback model to provide feedback to agents.
Agents are mentored and coached on process-level problems.
Ensure the regulatory protocols and processes are followed.
Responsible for informing the process owners of the program’s quality ranking.
Responsible for performing quality calibration and performance reviews with the internal team.
Refresher training should be provided based on the errors found.
Maintain an update log and share it with the team on a regular basis to communicate process changes by holding a session as required.
Conduct data analysis and offer tips or recommendations to the operations/management team by brainstorming and root cause analysis.
Identify and highlight possible risk areas, as well as make recommendations for prevention.

Eligibility Criteria:

Only B.E/B.Tech (CSE, IT, and ECE disciplines) graduates with a 70 percent overall grade point average and no backlogs are eligible to apply.

Candidates with US healthcare expertise are preferred. Minimum 2 years of QA experience in an international BPO/Call Center
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills are required.
Willingness to work shifts at night
Designing spring boot-microservices is a skill that must be learned.
Hibernate and JPA must be learned.
Core Java/J2EE and OOPS concepts must be learned.
An awareness of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as well as the product’s market strategy.

Mandatory Skills:

Web application testing, mobile devices, and mobile application testing are all skills that you should have.
Good understanding of how to test apps on a variety of devices with different operating systems and screen sizes

Automation research experience is a plus.

Teradata, DataStage, and Hadoop certifications are all available.
Both technological and business knowledge and understanding are needed. ETL experience is split roughly 20 percent (business) and 80 percent (technical).
