1. Eligible candidates must submit their applications only online through our website – https://www.drdo.gov.in/
2. Before applying online, the candidate must have a valid email address and a scanned photo/signature in JPG/JPEG format only.
3. The size of the candidate’s photograph and signature files must be less than 50 kb and 25 kb, respectively.
4. Mark sheet scanned copies that can be read (SSC, HSC, Graduation, Master, PhD, etc).

Selection Procedure :
Selection process consists of the following:
1. Written Examination
2. Interview
Selection procedure will involve initial screening test/Written Examination followed by interview. DRDO CAIR Recruitment is based on the assessment by the appropriate Standing Selection Committee. Candidate must be medically fit, motivated and dynamic and willing to join immediately after selection. A nominated Committee will interview the candidate, and the selection will be made on merit based on the individual’s performance in the interview, qualifications, and other factors. A nominated Committee will interview all qualified candidates first, and a shortlist panel will be formed. Shortlisted candidates who are judged to be suitable will be hired if they pass the required medical examination. The Nominated Committee’s decision will be final and binding.
Mode of Recruitment :
Candidates who meet all of the eligibility requirements as recommended by the Screening Committee will be invited to participate in an open competitive written exam and other tests. The results of the competitive written Join DRDO CAIR Recruitment 2021.
Candidates will be contacted for a “Written Test” based on the information they have submitted online. At the time of the Test, the shortlisted candidates’ documents will be thoroughly scrutinized.
