Selection Procedure :
Selection process consists of the following:
1. Written Examination
2. Interview
Selection procedure will involve initial screening test/Written Examination followed by interview. IIM Jammu Selection is based on the assessment by the appropriate Standing Selection Committee. Candidate must be medically fit, motivated and dynamic and willing to join immediately after selection. During selection, Selections for engagement of Apprentices would be based on the aggregate percentage of Marks in SSC, 12th, Diploma, Degree, MBBS, M.Sc, MA/ MSW (Relevant Discipline) in respective discipline and a personal interview. The problem of preparing a shortlist from online application data has piqued the interest of the Board of Apprenticeship Training (SR). The selection of apprentices will be based on the marks obtained by the candidate in Any Degree in all semesters. It is mandatory to submit online application. Any addendum or corrigendum to this advertisement will be uploaded on above website.
Mode of Recruitment :
Candidates who meet all of the eligibility requirements as recommended by the Screening Committee will be invited to participate in an open competitive written exam and other tests. The results of the competitive written IIM Jammu Recruitment 2021.
Candidates will be contacted for a “Written Test” based on the information they have submitted online. At the time of the Test, the shortlisted candidates’ documents will be thoroughly scrutinized.
Candidates will be called for a Test based on their performance in the Written Test and Experience. The final merit list will be determined by adding the scores from the Online Written Test, Experience and other Test.
