Candidates must apply only online through the Income Tax Department 2021 official website – https://incometaxindia.gov.in/ Notification contains brief instructions for completing the online Application Form. The above-mentioned website has most important instructions.
Interested candidates with the aforementioned requirements should email the completed Application, along with all necessary certificates to substantiate their qualifications, experience, caste, and other factors, to www.ncl-india.org/ before the deadline. Applications received after the deadline and not in correct Proforma will not be accepted. The academic performance of the candidates will be given significant consideration during the selection process. For day-to-day employment, candidates should be computer literate. Only the institute website will announce the shortlisted candidates and the interview time slot.

Selection Procedure :
The willing and eligible candidates can submit their application form by Registered post only, as per Annexure-Il on or before 30.09.2021 (08.10.2021 for candidates domiciled in North Eastern States, Andaman Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Jammu & Kashmir, Kerala), to the Income Tax Officer (Hq)(Admn), Office of the Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, UP(East), Aaykar Bhawan, 5, Ashok Marg, Lucknow-226001.
Mode of Recruitment :
Candidates who meet all of the eligibility requirements as recommended by the Screening Committee will be invited to participate in an open competitive written exam and other tests. The results of the competitive written Income Tax Department 2021.
Candidates will be contacted for a “Written Test” based on the information they have submitted online. At the time of the Test, the shortlisted candidates’ documents will be thoroughly scrutinized.
Candidates will be called for a Test based on their performance in the Written Test and Experience. The final merit list will be determined by adding the scores from the Online Written Test, Experience and other Test.
