Selection Procedure :
Selection process consists of the following:
1. Written Examination
2. Interview
Selection procedure will involve initial screening test/Written Examination followed by interview. IWST Recruitment 2022 is based on the assessment by the appropriate Standing Selection Committee. Candidate must be medically fit, motivated and dynamic and willing to join immediately after selection. The Institute may appoint a Screening/Short Listing Committee to review all applications submitted in response to this advertisement and to limit the number of candidates to a reasonable amount based on qualifications, experience, and other factors. The method of selection is mentioned in the above table provided in Para 2 of this advertisement against each post. The final selection will be made on the basis of Merit List as per marks obtained in Online Examination only. However, the details are as under.
Mode of Recruitment :
Candidates who meet all of the eligibility requirements as recommended by the Screening Committee will be invited to participate in an open competitive written exam and other tests. The results of the competitive written Join IWST Recruitment 2022.
Candidates will be contacted for a “Written Test” based on the information they have submitted online. At the time of the Test, the shortlisted candidates’ documents will be thoroughly scrutinized.
Candidates will be called for a Test based on their performance in the Written Test and Experience. The final merit list will be determined by adding the scores from the Online Written Test, Experience and other Test.
