Selection Procedure :

Selection process consists of the following:
1. Written Examination
2. Interview
Selection procedure will involve initial screening test/Written Examination followed by interview. Konkan Railway Selection is based on the assessment by the appropriate Standing Selection Committee. Candidate must be medically fit, motivated and dynamic and willing to join immediately after selection. Candidates those who have already undergone such type of training are not eligible to undergo apprenticeship training as per the provisions of the Apprenticeship Act. The minimum qualifying marks for the Written Test/Proficiency Test/Computer Test/Interview shall be determined by the Institute at its discretion (relaxation/concession may be granted to SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates in accordance with GOI norms). The recruitment will be based on trials & assessment of recognized sports achievements as per norms, Educational Qualifications, etc. The candidates, who are found FIT in trials, only will be considered for next stage.

Mode of Recruitment :

Candidates who meet all of the eligibility requirements as recommended by the Screening Committee will be invited to participate in an open competitive written exam and other tests. The results of the competitive written Konkan Railway Notification 2021.
