Selection Procedure :
Selection process consists of the following:
1. Written Examination
2. Interview
Selection procedure will involve initial screening test/Written Examination followed by interview. NALCO Selection is based on the assessment by the appropriate Standing Selection Committee. Candidate must be medically fit, motivated and dynamic and willing to join immediately after selection. The applications shall be scrutinized as per the requisite criteria as specified in this advertisement and the eligible candidates shall be shortlisted for the written test. Candidates qualifying in the written test, shall be shortlisted for trade test in order of merit.
Mode of Recruitment :
