Eligible applicants must submit their applications ONLINE at https://www.nio.org. From 11/08/2021 to 13/09/2021, an online application will be accessible on our website http://www.nio.org. Candidates must pay a Rs.100/- application fee online by going to the CSIR-NIO website and clicking on the URL. For all candidates, the deadline to submit an online application is September 13, 2021 at 5.30 p.m. Candidates who belong to the SC/ST/PWD/Women/CSIR Employee categories are free from paying the application fee. The receipt created upon payment should be uploaded along with the other certifications. Candidates should be aware that the application cost must be paid before the application can be submitted online.

Selection Procedure :
The written test and the computerized typing test will be used to make the final decision. Except for the questions on English language, the questions will be set in both English and Hindi. The written test will be given to those applicants who have been shortlisted by the laboratory’s selection/screening committee. The written exam will be held solely in Goa. There are two papers in the written test (Paper-1 and Paper2). Only those applicants who received the minimum threshold marks (decided by the Selection Committee) in the first paper will be evaluated in the second paper. Mode of Recruitment :
Candidates who meet all of the eligibility requirements as recommended by the Screening Committee will be invited to participate in an open competitive written exam and other tests. The results of the competitive written National Institute Of Oceanography 2021.
