Selection Procedure :
Selection process consists of the following:
1. Written Examination
2. Interview
Selection procedure will involve initial screening test/Written Examination followed by interview. NIPER Recruitment 2022 is based on the assessment by the appropriate Standing Selection Committee. Candidate must be medically fit, motivated and dynamic and willing to join immediately after selection. The Institute may appoint a Screening/Short Listing Committee to review all applications submitted in response to this advertisement and to limit the number of candidates to a reasonable amount based on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Persons with Benchmark Disabilities belonging to the category/ categories for which the post is identified. The Selection Process will comprise of Written Test and Personal Interview. Selection of candidates for engagement as Trade Apprentices shall be made through multiple choice written test of eligible shortlisted candidates. Company reserves the right to shortlist candidates for written test, if the number of applications for all or any trade is very large, in that case criteria to shortlist will be marks obtained in technical qualification.
Mode of Recruitment :
Candidates who meet all of the eligibility requirements as recommended by the Screening Committee will be invited to participate in an open competitive written exam and other tests. The results of the competitive written Join NIPER Recruitment 2022.
