Selection Procedure :
The list of candidates whose applications are considered legitimate or rejected after inspection will be posted on the Rifle Factory Ishapore Recruitment 2021 website (http://bopter.gov.in/) in due course, along with the reasons for rejection.
a. Candidates will be chosen based on their marks earned while earning their BE/B.Tech or Diploma in a similar area.
b. If two candidates have the same score, the candidate with the older age will be given preference. If the candidates’ dates of birth are the same, the candidate who passed the matriculation test first will be considered.
c. Candidates’ eligibility will be determined solely on the basis of the details provided in their applications. If it is discovered at any point during the process that any information provided by the candidate in his/her application is false/incorrect, that the candidate has withheld any relevant information, or that the candidate does not meet the eligibility requirements for the position, the candidate’s candidature will be immediately rejected.
Mode of Recruitment :
Candidates who meet all of the eligibility requirements as recommended by the Screening Committee will be invited to participate in an open competitive written review and typing test. The ability to type quickly on a keyboard and use a computer will only be qualifying, the final merit list will be compiled based on the candidates’ success in the written test. Only those candidates who passed the machine typing proficiency test will be included on the merit list..
