The above-mentioned website has detailed directions for completing out online applications. Three weeks prior to the start of the test, qualified applicants will get an e-Admit Card. Candidates will be able to get the e-Admit Card from the UPSC website [http://www.upsconline.nic.in]. There will be no admission certificates delivered via mail. Mode of Recruitment :
